Job description Our Undergraduate Open Day is an opportunity for students who are thinking about applying to the University to explore and find out more about studying with us. Our Student Helpers are a really important part of the Open Day and the experience our visitors have.In this role you would be welcoming our guests, helping them to make the most of the Open Day and offering a student perspective on what life at the University of Edinburgh is like.There are a few different roles our Student Helpers undertake, but basic responsibilities will include:providing a warm welcome to visitorsdirecting visitors around our campuses and the eventassisting with the set up and smooth running of Open Day activitiesSome of the work will take place inside and other positions are outside; we aim to rotate people in bad weather so all students are likely to spend part of the day outside.
