The following information is to assist you in understanding the undergraduate admissions structure.

Undergraduate study requirements

We have over 500 undergraduate degree programmes to choose from, in a wide range of subject areas.

Students can apply for second year entry to many of our degree programmes in science, engineering, biomedical and medical sciences.

Our Admissions tatistics show how many offers we make in each selection area. We publish admissions statistics by selection area, rather than by degree programmes, to give the most accurate reflection of offer rates by programme and fee category.

If you are unsure whether one of your applicants meets our entry requirements, please email using the address below or your relevant International Recruitment Manager.

Each of the boxes below can be expanded to show further information relevant to the area you are interested in.

Undergraduate students, including International Foundation Programme (IFP) should apply on UCAS.

Please use Institution Code E56 and the relevant course code

We encourage all applications to be submitted prior to the Equal Consideration Deadline (ECD) where possible as most of our degree programmes will close on this date for all applicants. Programmes that stay open will be listed on UCAS.

It may be possible to submit a late application for one of our degree programmes via UCAS Clearing. Clearing vacancies will be advertised on UCAS Search typically from July each year.

Predicated grades

We use predicted grades as part of our selection procedures. We may be unable to consider applications without predicted grades

Supporting Documents

For the quickest processing, please upload any outstanding documents to the Applicant Hub.

Receiving our decision

If an application is submitted by the October/January deadline, a decision will be available by mid-May at the latest, and sooner in many cases. Where competition for places is high, we want to make sure that there is fair and equal consideration for applicants. As such, we will not begin selection on most applications that meet our entry requirements until after the October or January application deadline.

For every Undergraduate application you assist in submitting, you must ensure the applicant signs a Data Protection form at the point of application. This allows you to act on behalf of the applicant.

It is imperative we receive a Data Protection form at the point of application for all of your undergraduate applicants. If we do not receive this form at the point of application, we will be unable to share information on applicants or pay commission on successful students.

Kindly submit your data protection forms at the point of application here:
